Hi, I'm a bit of a lurker. Sorry if I don't reply to posts often, I just don't feel that I have much to say.
I do this often as well (although it is true that I generally leap in with mad abandon when I do feel I have something to say.)
I often find that someone else has said anything I could say, though -- so I never feel bad about lurking. Also, some people are sometimes shy in groups they're not familiar with, and there's absolutely nothing wrong with that. Public boards are meant for all kids of readers.
