I have the same feelings about the many apps and quizzes on facebook -- I end up turning them off each time a new one comes up, because I really don't need to know that someone took 16 of them in a row. This isn't to suggest that I don't have days where it's relaxing to do something like find out which writer I am -- but I avoid doing the ones which will them spam everyone else, i.e. never on facebook.
