Worldcon schedule
Aug. 24th, 2004 02:05 amWhich is actually a cheap attempt to distract people from the fact that I don't actually pay enough attention to web protocols <g>.
For anyone who is interested, my Worldcon Schedule follows:
Thursday 5:00pm Autographing
Friday 10:00am You Can't Take the Sky From Me....?
Ginjer Buchanan
James S. Hinsey
MaryAnn Johanson
Priscilla Olson (M)
Michelle Sagara West
...but can they take (your?) Serenity. Talk about the series and the
movie....
Friday 12:00 noon Archetypes in Fantasy: The Princess, Alone
Ellen Datlow
Justine Larbalestier
Michelle Sagara West (M)
Jo Walton
Friday 2:00pm Kaffeeklatsch
Saturday 4:00pm Alien Genres
Elizabeth Caldwell
Tanya Huff
Sue Krinard
Teresa Nielsen Hayden
Michelle Sagara West
What will non-human romance novels be like? Alien nysteries?
Westerns? Science Fiction???
Sunday 3:00pm Reading (0.5 hrs)
I also was scheduled for two panels on Monday, both of which I would have loved to do, but I won't be there for them :/. One was titled Why We Hate Our Heroes, about which I have much to say, and the other, Dealing with Job/Family/Life!, about which I also have much to say.
Okay, it can be pointed out that I generally have too much to say, but still.

I love/dread WorldCon. So much good stuff and yet so little time! What am I to do? Maybe I can not sleep...

Date: 2004-08-25 08:07 am (UTC)I have the same feeling about WorldCons myself <g&tg. But lack of sleep for four or five days usually makes me grumpy, which, oddly enough, makes things a lot quieter and even less crowded...

Date: 2004-08-25 09:31 am (UTC)At BayCon I planned no less than 9 panels in 3 days. I made it to two. Parties, randomness, sleep, last minute plans away from Con, etc. all kept me away.
