jimhines has the second in his bookseller interviews up here. The bookseller he interviewed this time is me :D.

I am happy -- honestly happy -- to expand on anything, or even to, you know, get it right the second time if I wasn't clear the first time.

But I am pinch-hitting at the store at the moment, so the actual answers will happen when after I leave it :).

ETA: In the interview I say "write one book a year, or less," and what I meant to say was: Write a minimum of one book a year, or more than one book a year, when you are first establishing yourself, because, etc.

You're so lucky! e_e When I worked at a bookstore, like two days in, I had to strip books that were being taken off the shelves. Maybe this sounds like I'm a baby, but I swear, I almost bawled. I did get teary-eyed. And when I had to carry the load out to the dumpster, a bit of my heart went with it. :(

Also, I try not to sound like I'm sucking up or anything like that, but... ♥ I really love your Cast series, and I recommend it to anyone and everyone that I know. 'Cause it is duuuurn good. Different, but good. And deserves another ♥.

I had to strip books the very first day I worked in the chain as a part-timer, though, so I understand your pain. I found it shocking at the time.

If this is sucking up, if, it's the type of sucking up that keeps authors warm at night :).
